It is designed to enable you to do the job yourselves completely, or to have a good idea what you need from external providers and freelancers, so you can outsource certain tasks efficiently. You will receive documentation of our consulting process with recommendations.

4 hours coaching is not enough to do the work for you - but with you. 
This package includes 8 working hours online face to face consulting: you can choose if you want to spend them on consulting or coaching.
